As Vice Principal Curriculum, Quality and the Learner Experience you will be a senior post holder and member of the senior leadership team. You will be joining the College at an exciting time, as we continue to evolve to meet the changing needs of learners. We are transforming our provision to deliver word class skills and developing a high performing, innovative and entrepreneurial culture. We are also close to concluding a merger with Southwark College which will establish employer-led Centres of Skills Excellence and a much wider learner community - you can find out more about the proposed merger on this site.
You will lead the development of our curriculum, and will have responsibility for all aspects of curriculum delivery. You will also ensure that we achieve the highest standards of teaching and learning and the best possible success and progression opportunities for our learners. Whilst our recent Ofsted inspection highlighted areas in which the College must improve, we are already implementing changes to address the issues highlighted and we have every confidence that we can rapidly return the college to ‘good' and on to ‘outstanding'.
